3PAP was invited to develop the African Union Partnership Management and Resource Mobilization (PMRM) digitalization portal, a system designed to manage funding relationships, partner engagement, resource mobilization, and institutional coordination across the globe.
The portal supports a large and complex operating environment involving global partners, development stakeholders, and the 55 member states of Africa. It gives teams a structured way to manage relationships, commitments, funding records, engagement history, and performance information from one governed platform.
